Includes up to 5 hours of space use per month

National Provider Partners break down barriers to care by providing free and/or affordable services for residents in their region.
Get support in starting a local chapter (not required).

Monitor your own health and wellness journey, and explore the opportunities available for your clients and participants.
Step 2: Enroll as a Provider Partner
Access your own Provider Partner Portal, where you can update your profile, add trainings and events, and connect with your clients in the Healthy You Dash.
